AR Tattoos • Inkbox

Experimenting with the intersection of wearable art and AR image markers, I came up with this interesting project. I created a design for a stylized alarm clock which would be the basis for a semi-permanent tattoo using a service called Inkbox. Users can purchase the design, apply the tattoo and in a day or two, the image becomes an image marker for an AR experience that happens on their body. Wearable art just got a wake-up call!
